Welcome to snapdeal.pk. Below are mentioned the terms and conditions of the company which are in addition to the standard conditions of use.
• As the products are shipped, any manufacturer warranty may not be valid
• We offer 7 days exchange offer for our valued customers. We do not accept the return as it is not the part of our policy. The exchange offer will start from the date of delivery.
• We ask our valued customer to inspect the product they receive. Any damage because of shipment must be reported to snap deal within 7 days of receipt. After this, the company will be unable to exchange the product.
• Any damaged product will be exchanged by the company with a similar product. Sale items are excluded from this condition as they cannot be exchanged.
• We only accept those items for exchange which are defective or damaged.
• The exchange may tale time of two weeks excluding the time of shipment.
• We humbly ask, for all the items which are requested for Exchange to not be used or damaged. The items are expected by the company to be in their best condition, with the same packaging, and with all the tags.
• Special offer items, sales items, and discounted items will not be accepted for exchange.
• Your privacy is important to us, and we will make sure that your personal information remains private.
